What Happens When You Call

We start with the basics: which project, roughly how many square feet, and whether old concrete, pavers or turf has to come out first. Demolition and haul-off change both the schedule and the price, so we ask early. For a driveway or an RV parking pad, we also ask what will park on it, since vehicle weight decides slab thickness and whether the pour gets rebar or wire mesh.

From there we set a time to see the site at your home. We check grade and how water will drain away from your foundation, take measurements, look at access for the truck or pump, and note anything that needs a city permit. Then we go over your quote by phone, line by line, including finish options. If a patio or pool deck takes full afternoon sun, we can talk through lighter colors and finishes that stay cooler underfoot.

Have These Ready Before You Call

  1. Rough dimensions of the area, even paced off, so we can estimate square footage and concrete yardage.
  2. What covers the area now, such as cracked concrete, pavers, grass or bare dirt.
  3. How you plan to use it, from foot traffic and patio furniture to a parked truck or trailer.
  4. Notes on access, like gate width, slopes, steps and how far the area sits from the street.
